Selection of Principal Investigator
Principal Investigator will be taken (aid and advice of the trustees) from the group of well qualified and trained youths, who are not given a fair chance to represent their scientific temper due to lack of employment opportunities leading to wastage of Human Capital.

Eligibility/ Terms and conditions for becoming Principal Investigator
- Either a PhD or must have cleared any eligibility test viz. NET/GATE/ARS/INSPIRE or any equivalent test.
- Statement of purpose
- Short CV
- Experience in supervision/teaching
- Its mandatory to become a life time member of the academy
- Minimum of two classes /week needs to be taken with the interns.
